Gerald Guerlais is the man behind these colorful detailed illustrations.
A graduate of the ENSAAM Olivier de Serres school classed in 1998, Gerald has worked in various fiels, such as graphic video games for Vivendi universal-publishing or web desugn, before focusing on youth illustration.
In 2006 he becomes designer on animated series for Futurikon studios, Alphanim/Gaumont, Xilam and Marathon Medias.
This year he also co-foundes with Japanese artist Daisuke Tsutsumi, the International collective “Sketchtravel” wich in 2011 publishes, a unique charitable art project consisting of 71 illustrators around the world in collaboration with Chene / Hachette publishing.
2011 is a year rich in publication for Gerald, who illustrats two books for children : “A Fright in the Night” and “Honestly, Red Riding Hood Was Rotten”
